Which one?

I asked for a Wii for christmas as that will be the only presant I\'ll be getting from my parents, yes we are poor! but since all the shops have sold out and littlewoods online is laughing at the lack of stock, I\'m wondering If I should get an Xbox360 instead, I like both consoles and to be honest although the XBox is more expensive than the Wii it has more games, and since I have to sell my soul and everything I own for a PS3 when most the games on that console can now be found on the 360 also, I\'m more inclined to go for it.

I had an XBox but I had to sell it to make ends meet, but when the 360 came out I just hissed and hugged my PS2. I love my PS2 and the only reason id but an PS3 was for the Final Fantasy games, but there is no point as the latest one came out on the psp and I have a psp x.x\'

I shall buy a PS3 in about..5 years time or if I win the lottery. Another option is to take out a price plan and pay a little each month the only problem with that is you pay back more than you would if you baught it and it could be up to 3 years before its all paid back.

Buying a PS3 is equivalent to suicide, may I just say.

Well, as for the decision whether its 360 or Wii, you would have a few things to consider. Of course you know the games you want to play. But for which console is most readily available? I wouldn\'t really know how stores there sell their stuff, but from my experience, that\'s one thing I always consider.

Ask around. (which is what you\'re doing right now, right?) And I did ask around, since I was planning to buy Wii too, and most of my friends suggest that I buy the Wii instead of 360. Mainly because games in 360 aren\'t always available in here...plus, 360 is more expensive than Wii, but like you said, it has more available games. But Wii seems to be very promising.

But don\'t be sad about not having stocks...Christmas is almost here and I\'m sure they won\'t miss a chance to have people buy stuff from them!

And yeah, don\'t do price plans. Interest kills.

Ah, I\'m paying on my laptop right now. ]_[ But I really want a PS3....more than anything. ;_; Okay, maybe not more than anything...

But, since all I have right now is my GameCube, I really am looking into it. With my part time job I may just be able to buy it.

I\'ve heard Xbox360 dies all the time...the red rings of death, or something like that. o_O
And....it took me long enough to learn how to not move when I play, so no Wii plz.

Xbox 360s is more are approachable way to own one for yourself, since they are more likely to be searchable rather than PS3 and Wii during the holiday season due to their shortages (Wii).

Go 360! My friend, we have PS3 360 and a wii and ps3 is a shiny ps2 with about 10 games
wii is dangerous, I am safer playing with my Nunchaku infront of my TV instead of thaqt thing, we never play on it.

but the 360... I can never friggin go on it because my bro hogs it! (he did buy iy... but that\'s not the point!!!) I got the wii and regretted it! *grumble*

Besides... who\'d want a consoel in which you can shout in the GAME store! "I am desperate for a wii! I need a wii! If I can\'t have a wii this momant I am going to explode!" (seriously we did that, we were threatened with a ban from GameStation whaha)

Wii for sure, I\'ve a PS3 and regret buying it, none of the games intrest me. However the games that do intrest me aren\'t even released yet. The Wii seems more enjoyable. The 360, doesn\'t really offer anything new other than more games to be honest.

My final choice would be the Wii or PS3, flip a coin.

amongst sony, nintendo and microsoft, which do you think is leading in the console wars. i know, its hard to choose coz im not a die hard fan of any of the consoles. but sony takes it for me.

Personally I think the Wii is kicking it hardcore.. and I don't even have one. It's just accessible and all sorts of people like it.. from the young to the old for its quirky games and lots of party games and fun multiplayers. If you're at a party and a console comes out.. it's going to be a Wii.

That said I totally love my PS3 hardcore.. it's much better than the male that it replaced.
