reason: this song reminds me of how ritsuka "wants to see [soubi]" and after a few moments of thinking, he doesn't want to see him anymore. he dwells on the fact that soubi still (and will always) belong to seimei, in the end. the song reminds me of how he relies on soubi's decision to obey him completely, but soubi remains thoughtful as to whether he should ultimately belong to seimei, like planned. this causes both characters a sort of mental instability ("i collapse [...] you collapse").

Okay, this is mine. Don't know if it is the best one in the world, but it's the best one I can imagine at the moment.

artist: Seether ft. Amy Lee (Evanescence)
characters involved: Ritsuka & Soubi
reason: First of all, the somehow melancholic mood of the song fits Loveless in general.
And the text really fits the relationship of Soubi and Ritsuka. They are both somehow broken characters who seek comfort one from the other, they are both unsure and doubting if they are strong enough. And they are unhappy and lonesome if the other isn't there.
The first stanza could be said by Ritsuka, I think, even the photo is mentioned. And the second is what I hope for them after the whole fighting thing, 'the worst is over and they can breath again', there's 'no one left to fight'. I hope they'll learn to hold the other high and soothe his pain.
